Sany Heavy Industry, acquisition--Sany Heavy Industry Prepares for Acquisitions & HK Listing

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600031) will hold a temporary shareholders' meeting on June 26, discussing about the important assets acquisition and the issuance of H shares. On June 11, the Chinese engineering machinery manufacturer announced that it would purchase a 100 percent stake in Hunan Auto for about CNY 220 million and a 100 percent stake in Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for a total of CNY 206 million or so.
